Cancellation/prepayment | Cancellations of Individual Hotel Rooms The guest has the right to cancel individually booked hotel rooms (up to 9 rooms per reservation). Any full or partial cancellation by the guest must be made in writing. This can be done free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival unless otherwise agreed or stated in the rate plan and confirmed in writing at the time of booking the hotel room(s). If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of arrival, the guest will owe De Plesman the total reservation value. Non-guaranteed hotel rooms will be held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival unless stated otherwise. |

Cancellations of Individual Hotel Rooms

House Rules
Checking in for hotel rooms is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and checking out is until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
By confirming your reservation, you agree to the house rules, terms and conditions and privacy statement which apply to all our services and can be found on our website.
A valid identification must be presented upon check-in. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in.
It is prohibited to have unregistered guest staying in the hotel room or to exceed the maximum occupancy of the hotel room.
Noise disturbance (including but not limited to loud music, inappropriate behavior) will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the hotel without a refund
The management accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, and/or abandonment of (valuable) items in the hotel rooms, conference rooms, public areas, and parking facilities.
Smoking (including the use of vapes) and/or drug use within the hotel and its premises is strictly prohibited. For each day that smoking, drug use, or possession thereof occurs, a cleaning fee of €350 will be charged.
Our hotel operates on a cashless basis, accepting payments only via debit or credit cards.
