It's simple! Our events experts have years of experience bringing teams together. We know the best venues, build the most impactful agendas, and negotiate the best prices.

We plan end-to-end! Our standard pricing includes finding and booking all vendors like venues, restaurants, activities, meeting spaces, and ground transportation. We work with you to integrate a tailored agenda so your offsite is as effective as possible.

We offer free support for venue sourcing and hotel contract negotiations. For more comprehensive planning services, including communication with all suppliers, flight and transportation arrangements, and full budget management for your event, we charge $1,500 per offsite.

We know it can be tempting to try and plan your offsite yourself. However, we can save you money on your offsite in multiple ways. Our proprietary database of venues and vendors allows us to recommend destinations and options best for your budget. Plus, since we are IATA certified, our team can negotiate the best group deal on your behalf.

Planning your event early is one of the best ways to save money on your offsite. The earlier you start to plan, the more options you will have for venues, activities, and restaurants. We always say the sooner the better, but we recommend planning at least 4 - 6 months from your event date.

We have no size limits! However, for smaller groups, we do require you to book a pre-designed offsite.
