Cancellation/prepayment | CANCELLATION POLICIES: Any cancellation must be made in writing to the Groups and Events Department, explaining the reason for cancellation. The percentages below are always calculated based on the initial number of rooms/services booked. Up to 180 days before arrival, if the event is cancelled, 0% of the total services (food, beverages, rooms) will be charged as cancellation costs. Between 179-120 days before arrival, if the event is cancelled, 40% of the total services (food, beverages, rooms) will be charged as cancellation costs. Between 119-90 days before arrival, if the event is cancelled, 60% of the total services (food, beverages, rooms) will be charged as cancellation costs. Between 89-59 days before arrival, if the event is cancelled, 80% of the total services (food, drinks, rooms) will be charged as cancellation costs. Less than 59 days before arrival, if the event is cancelled, 100% of the total services (food, drinks, rooms) will be charged as cancellation costs. Partial Cancellations The Hotel will not accept cancellations only for accommodation/meeting rooms/food and beverages. All reductions must be proportional.
