Event Cancellation GREATER THAN 120 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT A cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of total contracted food, beverage and room hire total will be charged. 120 – 90 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT START DATE A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total contracted food, beverage and room hire total will be charged. BETWEEN 90 AND 60 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT START DATE A cancellation fee equivalent to 80% of total contracted food, beverage and room hire total will be charged. BETWEEN 59 DAYS AND EVENT START DATE Full (100%) cancellation fees apply for all venue hire, estimated food & beverage revenue cancelled, plus accommodation room revenue cancelled or in the event of a non-arrival (no-show).
