Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch

The Gainey Suites Hotel took shape in 1997 as the crowning development of Gainey Ranch land in Scottsdale, Arizona. Now fresh from a $1.7 million renovation, the locally owned and operated property features 162 suites—all studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences complete with fully updated kitchens and marble baths. The renovations also swept through the lobby and fitness center and added a new Terrace Patio Bar and new travertine deck, cabanas, fire pit, and Jacuzzi around the pool.

Planners can rely on a wide choice of sites for group dining, indoors and out, and six rooms for meetings, including two boardrooms and a ballroom seating up to 90 people. In addition to a daily hot breakfast buffet and evening hors d'oeuvres hour, the amenities include a courtesy shuttle for further discovery of Scottsdale's many charms.
