If booking within 60 days of arrival, full prepayment is required. If cancelled 60-46 days of arrival there is US$100.00 penalty, If 45-31 to arrival, the reservation is non refundable. May 1- December 14th (except Thanksgiving) US$100.00 deposit required within 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking 30 days or less full prepayment is due. If cancelled 45-31 days prior to arrival, there is US$100.00 penalty. If cancelled 30 days to arrival the reservation is non- refundable. |
